Ranford Pool River Trail

Distance: 6.3 km

The 4km return trail begins at Lions Weir and follows the Hotham River to the historic pool. Visitors can enjoy picnicking, birdwatching, canoeing and fishing along the way. It is an easy and rewarding outing suitable for all ages.

A nice relaxing family friendly trail leaving from the town of Boddington, located in the Peel Region of Western Australia. Parking is available at Wuraming Ave.

The trail is well signposted and relatively flat with a few sandy sections and a few loose rocky sections. Great bird life along the Hotham River. This is a particularly beautiful area late in the afternoon or early in the morning.
